There are a number of people who want the best way to maximize their hair growth or to grow their hair faster.
How to Grow Your Hair Faster and Naturally? Beside genetics, there are a few things that we can do to maximize the hair growth and that is what we will talking about.

There are five tips to get your hair grow faster:

1)    Upgrade Your Diet

First tip is to watch your diet. If you are not having right amount of nutrients in your body, your hairs will not grow properly and that’s a known fact. Another fact, over 80% of your hairs are made up of a protein called Keratin. Keratin is also found in your skin, you nails, and if you increase you keratin intake you are actually getting all around makeover. This protein is found naturally in foods like Brokli, fish , milk, etc.
Now, Vitamin B is also have to help in healthy hair growth, increase blood flow to the scalp and provide oxygen to the hairs. Fish oil also play a huge role because they are very rich in Omega 3, which is good for nourishing and thickening your hair. So this is a good news for you guys with thinner hair to get fish oil and you’ll be on your way to thicker and longer hair. As of fish oil you can find it naturally in any fish you eat.
You must have heard about Biotin, which is extremely important for hair growth. It can found naturally in food like eggs, avocado and meat. Biotin is very important and some people also take suppliments who don’t have a proper diet so look their hair, skin and nails best.

2)    Use Less Heat Tools

Take it easy on heat tools, like the use of blow drier and the amazing things that you can do with it but it is not one, you should be using every single day. And if you use straightner, if one has curly or wavy hairs and like to use straightener, be really careful with the straightener because it can really damage your hair like most out of all the heat tools because heating the hairs totally dries them out and break the ends, and completely burns them off which we don’t want.
It can also take away all the natural moisture and the natural oils from the hairs, to breakage, to thinning so what I would recommend is to use heat protectant. Like, argon oil before using heat and use heat tools twice or maximum three times a week.

3)    Massage The Scalp

The idea behind massage the scalp is the blood flow to the head giving more nutrients to the roots of the hair, which is obvious that it is good to help blood flow to the scalp. We massage our arms, our legs after workout, we don’t really pay that much attention to our scalp. Its really easy to do and it costs nothing, it is something you can start implementing to your daily routine. Plus, its relaxing, it feels amazing and its an amazing excuse to tell your girlfriend that you need a head massage without being shy.

4)    Stay Hydrated

Now besides the normal drinking, water has some amazing benefits. Like it is mentioned earlier, if you use heat tools so often, you end up drying up moisture from your hair and from your scalp. Dry scalp sucks, you get dandruff and you definitely don’t want that. You hair needs moisture to help them grow and without enough water, your hair growth slows down a lot. To be honest, dehydration is terrible for your body so drink as much water as you can to keep that from happening.

5)    Cut The Ends

Growing up your hair is to cut the ends. You have listened to girls talk about this or maybe even like guys with long hair, its called split ends, cutting the hair to make them grow. But is there actually truth to that? You are cutting your hairs which is the opposite about you want to let them grow longer, so why would we like to do that?
Well, a couple of reasons, the hairs at very end are what most people see which is the oldest part of the hair, that means that it is the most damaged part who has lived a long life. Its damaged from weather, damaged from brushing, heat tools, all of that will cause split ends. Split ends look messy and they are hard to manage, makes your hair go everywhere. Basically, it’s the hair with split ends which looks terrible and messy. You should make sure if you are letting your hair grow, you get rid of those dead ends every 3-4 months. It gives a lot of time, 3-4  months to grow your hair and then you can just cut the tips of your hair, that get rids of the damaged ends, making room for healthier hair to grow faster.

LOVE IS IN THE HAIR!!!
