Benefits of Waking Up Early

wake up, morning, early morning

Waking up at 5:30 in the morning everyday will completely change your life. Waking up early will give you advantages over other people that we never thought possible. Here you will learn incredible benefits of waking up early every single day. Some of these benefits are obvious and some are not. These are the keys to success, health, fitness and basically anything you possibly want.

1)    The Time Boost

Whenever you get up early, the very first thing you’ve noticed must be that you have way more time, that is why we call it a time boost. Most of us wake up at 11am or even later unless you have to push yourself to get up around 8am for office or school. That means I have extra three to six hours.
Time means everything in this modern world and these hours are incredibly beneficial. Many well-known CEO’s have described the benefits of this time boost and that it has done for their careers. Steve Jobs for example, used to wake up between 5:30 to 6:00am, and used to extra time to get a head start at Apple. So, if you are going to wake up at 5:30am, you are going to experience the exact same kind of thing. The time boost is truly powerful.

2)    Fitness Consistency

Most people out there want to get fit. If you are a guy, you probably want to get flat and lean, if you are a girl, you probably want to get curves. Of course, fitness goals do vary a lot but that’s generally what people want. Unfortunately, most don’t accomplish their fitness goals.
ARE YOU WHERE YOU WANT TO BE? YOU ARE AS STRONG AS YOU WANT TO BE OR AS LEAN AS YOU WANT TO BE? For most people the answer is, NO and the reason is simple. It’s really hard to be consistent with your fitness goals. Going to a gym after a hard day at work or school is tough. Your motivation is drained, you are tired and hungry, you rather watch Netflix with your dog and that all make sense but there is a simple cure that is going to accomplish your every single fitness goal, you could possibly have. Wake up at 5:30am.
When you wake up at 5:30 in the morning, the extra time boost gives you the flexibility to work out before you exhaust your brain at school or at work. It means you can visit the gym, the first thing you want, and it means you’ll have time to eat a healthy meal to make sure your recovery is good enough too.
morning, morning jog, morning workout, workout
If you want to get strong, lean and fit, the answer is pretty clear.

3)    Creativity Hours

Ask yourself a simple question. How do you normally spend your time after 10pm? Are you working diligently at a 100% capacity, no distractions? Probably not, after 10pm most people relax and spend time hanging out with friends, playing video games or other amusing activities. The truth is this, the late hours of the day are never spent productively, they are usually spent on things that does not require much efforts and we seek simple pleasures. The opposite is true about early hours, wake up early, your mind is fresh, and your motivational tank is full, you have the energy to do creative, difficult and complex work. You can focus your time and energy on things that really matters to you. Your long-term goals, your dreams, your ambitions, the things you always wanted to do but probably you never have done.
Tell yourself that the days of projectization are over. Your late night has limited your potential but no longer. Waking up early gives you creative hours not wasted hours.

4)    The Lone Wolf

Distractions are everywhere, your phone, the TV, sports, these are all major distractions and they are keeping you from accomplishing your goals but are not going to get rid of your TV and you are not going to ignore a text from your friend. It’s just not our human nature.
Ask yourself, who is going to text you at 5:30am and what’s going to be on the TV? Answers, no one and nothing. You see, during the early hours of the morning, everyone else is asleep no one is there to distract you, no is going to knock on your door or call you or text you or email you, sports are not played that early because only a few people would watch. the world does not run at 5:30am, thus your distractions are going to be significantly minimised.
This will let you accomplish things you always wanted to do but never could. You are going to be a lone wolf, free to be productive and powerful. Distractions are like a disease; early mornings are the cure.

5)    Habit Construction

Creating habits can be very hard. The world was not designed for people to do same thing at same time, every single day. Maybe you want to go for a run, but you can’t find a specific time that works throughout the week, this makes you inconsistent and inconsistency is very bad when it comes to create good habits.
Waking up early in the morning is going to fix this too. Since, nothing happens early in the morning, you are free to dedicate your time in a very good way. For example, you can specify your time from 5:30-6:30 for exercise period or you can set 6:30-7:30 a dedicated time for your goal setting. That is a beautiful thing, your schedule is consistently set by you and not by other people or other responsibilities.

6)    The Money Grind

It’s a common thing, you all want to make money. Lucky you, one of the best benefits of waking up early is that it gives you an opportunity to make lot of money.
Take a look on normal people and their income. In general, you are paid a wage or salary for putting your time at work. This applies for everyone, from doctors to fast food workers. You are performing a trade with a person you work for, giving up your time in exchange for money.
It does not have to be that way. Creating a side income on a different philosophy is one of the best life decisions that you can make and one day you could potentially even replace your job if you don’t like it but what is this different philosophy.

Instead of trading your time for money, I suggest you create a stream of income based around a system that generated money automatically. I am not taking about a scam; I am talking about entrepreneurship. In the modern world, the internet has become one of the most powerful business tools on the planet and there are unlimited ways to generate revenue online in the spare time you have, each and every morning. You can learn to invest, you can start a website or blog, you can create a popular Instagram account or even a YouTube channel. These are all examples of system-based income, rather than wage-based income.
