Waking up early will give you advantages over other people that we never thought possible. Here, you will learn how to wake up early because most people cannot let themselves do it. Maybe you have tried it before, you set an alarm, you feel excited and the next thing you know is 5:30 in the morning and your alarm is going off because you are way too tired. Every single day, you convince yourself to go back to sleep, besides it’s so hard to go to bed early to wake up at 5:30am. 
Most of you go to sleep around midnight or even later so it feels impossible to routine your schedule.  Doing it is much different than just talking about. ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS. And when it comes to life changes, actions speak way louder than words. Your sleep routine is broken down into two parts.

1)    One Bad Night

Normally, when people want to change their night routine, they screw it up. They just try to go to bed earlier but this just not work on its own because your body is not used to that, you’ll end up falling asleep when you normally do. Instead going to sleep at regular hour, waking up at 5:30am, resulting at one bad night of sleep. So, for example if you normally go to bed at 1am, do it again but this time wake up at 5:30 in the morning. You are not going to sleep much that is why it is going to be called first step, to your one bad night. As soon as you wake up have a healthy breakfast, try not to go back to sleep or take any nap throughout the day. Doing either of those things will screw up your sleep routine.
Since, you didn’t have enough sleep you are going to run on adrenaline all day, a chemical that keeps you alert throughout the day, but around 9pm you are going to get really tired. Go to bed and make sure to set your alarm at 5:30am.
As soon as you wake up, have breakfast and enjoy your real time boost.

2)    More Than One Bad Night

Sometimes, it may take more than one bad night to completely change your sleeping routine. It depends on your normal hours but trust me this is the fastest and most effective way to adjust your schedule. You do not have to sacrifice sleep on daily basis in order to wake up earlier. You only have to do that for few days at most.
Being sure to eat your breakfast as soon as you wake up is really important as your body has to associate your sleeping schedule with your eating routine.

All this leads to one final point.


Ultimately, all you have to make is a one tough choice, which do you value more? Few late hours watching Netflix or your wildest dreams becoming a reality. It’s completely up to you.
